Intestinal Organoid In-Person Training Course
This two-day, in-person course covers more advanced procedures within the mouse intestinal organoid workflow. This includes how to efficiently isolate intestinal crypts from mouse small intestine, the culture of organoids using a defined serum-free medium, as well as common downstream applications.

A comprehensive 3 day workshop on methods to maintain human stem cells in culture, and the directed differentiation of these cells to either definitive endoderm or neuronal progenitor cells. We will also cover generation and support of mouse organoid cultures from intestinal crypts.
