G10F5抗体识别CD66b（旧称CD67），CD66b是一种~95 kDa的单链糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）连接的糖蛋白，由中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表达。CD66b是免疫球蛋白超家族中癌胚抗原（CEA）样蛋白亚家族的成员，具有两个类Ig的C2型结构域和一个类Ig的V型结构域。在中性粒细胞中，CD66b定位于细胞质中的颗粒内，并在质膜上也表达。粒细胞活化时，CD66b 的表面表达水平会升高，这种效应是由刺激物，如肉豆蔻酸酯（PMA）、钙离子载体和N -甲酰基蛋氨酸-亮氨酸-苯丙氨酸（FMLP）诱导的。CD66b似乎作为一种信号受体，通过调节粒细胞活化和多种蛋白（包括CD66c、半乳糖凝集素-3、纤连蛋白和E -选择素）的粘附，参与细胞粘附、吞噬和趋化作用。
