抗人穿孔素的小鼠单克隆抗体（克隆deltaG9）可特异性识别人穿孔素。穿孔素是一种分子量约为70 kDa的蛋白质，由四个结构域组成：与其功能相关的N端和C端，以及两个与补体蛋白C6 - C9相似的中央结构域。作为穿孔素/颗粒酶凋亡途径的关键效应分子，穿孔素由自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）和细胞毒性T细胞（CTL）分泌。当效应细胞接触靶细胞时，穿孔素单体释放并在靶细胞膜上聚合形成跨膜孔道，破坏其膜完整性。这一过程使颗粒酶B（granzyme B）得以进入靶细胞，从而启动病毒感染细胞或转化细胞的凋亡程序。
