Dr. Catarina Morais Seabra reviews how she, and her colleagues at the Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology, developed the first dental stem cell biobank in Portugal to explore neurodevelopmental disorders. Her recent work focuses on the generation of dental stem cell-derived cerebral organoids to study autism spectrum disorders.
