When centrifuging cells, it’s important to consider the most appropriate centrifuge settings for your cell type and application. Speed, time, and sample temperature are important conditions that should be optimized for your specific protocol. Below is a quick guide for the centrifuge settings we recommend for a range of cell washing, separation, and processing procedures for different cell types, including mononuclear cells, mesenchymal stromal cells, lymphoid and myeloid cells, and neurospheres.
