STEMCELL Seminar: Chromatin Activity at GWAS Loci Identifies T Cell States Driving Complex Immune Diseases
In this webinar, Dr. Blagoje Soskic uses genomics to investigate immune cell states in disease. Dr. Soskic and his colleagues observed chromatin activity changes with the activation of T cells and macrophages and developed a statistical method to quantify the relative level of chromatin activity between cell states. This method was used to identify SNP enrichment and investigate the role of T cell states driving complex immune diseases.
This event is part of the STEMCELL Seminar Series and was recorded in our Cambridge, UK office. By inviting local scientists to attend talks from leading researchers, the STEMCELL Seminar Series helps scientists keep current with cutting edge technologies and innovations in their field.
