Genome editing of hPSCs allows for the generation of isogenic hPSC lines for disease models, by controlling for variation in genetic background between individuals. In this seminar, Ashley reviews STEMCELL’s recommended tools for efficient Cas9 genome editing, and reviews the challenges associated with working with ES/iPS cells as well as tips for overcoming them and maintaining cell quality throughout a project.
