Dr. Jin-Yuan Wang discusses the importance of high quality hPSCs and using the right type of hematopoietic progenitors for successful differentiation of microglia. He provides characterization data on microglia generated using the STEMdiff™ Microglia Culture System, and demonstrates their application in co-cultures to study neuroinflammation.
