STEMCELL’s portfolio of TeSR™ 3D-optimized media products have been developed for robust and scalable suspension culture of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) in aggregates. All TeSR™ 3D media use a fed-batch feed strategy, enabling the necessary nutrients and growth factors to be added daily, without requiring a full medium exchange. For larger-scale hPSC suspension cultures, STEMCELL recommends the PBS-MINI Bioreactor with 0.1 L and 0.5 L vessels.
