该山羊多克隆抗体能与兔 IgG 的重链（H）和大多数兔免疫球蛋白中常见的轻链（L）发生反应。该多克隆山羊抗兔 IgG（H+L）抗体可用于免疫组织化学（IHC）和免疫荧光（IF）等检测。该抗体用于免疫细胞化学（ICC）已被验证。
