Human Pluripotent Stem Cell and Organoid Workshop

A comprehensive 3 day workshop on methods to maintain human stem cells in culture, and the directed differentiation of these cells to either definitive endoderm or neuronal progenitor cells. We will also cover generation and support of mouse organoid cultures from intestinal crypts.
