人 RANTES (CCL5) ELISA 试剂盒用于定量检测和测定血清、血浆和细胞培养上清液等生物体液中人 RANTES（活化后调节，正常 T 细胞表达和分泌），也称为 CCL5。RANTES 由 T 细胞、成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞、上皮细胞和内皮细胞分泌，这些细胞受 IFN-γ、TNFα 或 IL-1 等炎症刺激诱导。RANTES 与三种不同的趋化因子受体结合：CCR1、CCR3 和 CCR5。CCR5 是 HIV-1 和 HIV-2 巨噬细胞嗜性毒株的主要辅助受体，由 CD8+ T 细胞分泌时可作为 HIV 抑制剂。RANTES 还作为炎症介质，诱导淋巴细胞和单核细胞迁移，从而抑制乳腺癌中的促癌活性。

该检测基于夹心ELISA方法，将样品加入预先包被有针对人类RANTES的捕获抗体的ELISA可拆酶标板。通过添加辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)偶联的检测抗体来检测捕获的RANTES。添加显色酶底物3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺 (TMB)后，显色产物的强度与样品中人类RANTES的浓度成正比。

The reportable range (the concentration range in which measurement of the analyte can be done with the highest precision, accuracy, and linearity) of this assay is 3.13 - 200 pg/mL. The lower limit of detection (LLD) of this assay is 0.50 pg/mL. This is the analyte concentration with absorbance three standard deviations higher than the zero standard. A mid-curve recovery of 96 - 102%, 96 - 104%, or 87 - 98% was determined by spiking defined amounts of analyte standard into cell culture supernatant, serum, or plasma samples, respectively, in repeated experiments. The intra-assay precision of this assay is 6.0% (CV). The Inter-assay precision of this assay is 2.5% (CV).
