趋化因子配体19 (Chemokine ligand 19, CCL19)，也被称为巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-3β (MIP-3β)，是CC趋化因子家族的一员，在炎症反应、T细胞活化、稳态和发育中起关键作用（Yan等）。CCL19在淋巴结、胸腺和活化的骨髓基质细胞中表达；它通过与C-C基序趋化因子受体7 （CCR7）结合，诱导巨噬细胞、T细胞和B细胞的迁移（Gibejova等）。临床上，CCL19的表达与自身免疫性疾病如类风湿关节炎和癌症相关(Pickens等；Zhang et al.)。
