胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF-I）是胰岛素样生长因子家族的一种多肽，其分子结构与胰岛素原相似。IGF-I与IGF-I受体结合，是PI3K/AKT通路的强效激活剂，也激活ERK1/2信号。IGF-I是胚胎发育所必需的，主要在肝脏中响应肝细胞生长激素而产生。在缺乏胰岛素的情况下，IGF-I对于维持人多能干细胞是必需的（Wang et al.）。IGF-I与IL-3一起刺激髓系细胞的分化和增殖，并已被证明可以通过刺激淋巴器官中T细胞和B细胞的增殖和分化来调节淋巴细胞的生成（Heemskerk et al.）。本产品不含动物成分。

(A) The biological activity of Human Recombinant IGF-I, ACF was tested by its ability to promote the proliferation of MCF-7 cells. The EC50 is defined as the effective concentration of the cytokine at which cell proliferation is at 50% of maximum. The EC50 in the example above is ≤ 1.5 ng/mL. (B) 1 μg of Human Recombinant IGF-I, ACF was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) and non-reducing (-) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining.
