R-Spondin-3是血小板反应蛋白1型重复序列(TSR-1)超家族的成员,参与调控经典的Wnt/β-catenin信号通路(de Lau等)。R-spondin蛋白的特征是在氨基端具有两个furin类似的重复序列,而血小板反应蛋白结构域位于羧基端附近(de Lau等)。R-spondin-3的表达与卵巢癌(Gu等)、前列腺癌(Mesci等)以及糖尿病肠上皮细胞分化(Shan等)有关。在转基因小鼠模型中,R-Spondin-3的表达可诱导Lgr5+干细胞、Paneth细胞和Lgr4+细胞的扩增,从而促进肠道干细胞区的扩展(Hilkens等)。本产品不含动物成分(ACF)。

(A) The biological activity of Human Recombinant R-Spondin-3, ACF was tested by its ability to induce Wnt-ß catenin signaling in HEK239T cells using a luciferase reporter assay. Firefly luciferase activity was normalized to control Renilla luciferase activity. The EC50 is defined as the effective concentration of the growth factor at which Wnt-ß catenin response is at 50% of maximum. The EC50 in the above example is 0.3 nM (5 ng/mL).
(B) 7 μg of Human Recombinant R-spondin-3, ACF was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) and non-reducing (-) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining. Human Recombinant R-spondin-3, ACF has a predicted molecular mass of 17 kDa.
