总览

LysoBrite™ 溶酶体染料是一类专用于选择性染色溶酶体及其他酸性细胞器的荧光染料。由于其疏水性特征，LysoBrite™ 染料能够透过活细胞膜，并依赖溶酶体的 pH 梯度选择性地积聚于溶酶体内。这些染料在溶酶体的酸性环境中会显著增强荧光信号，可通过流式细胞术和荧光成像进行检测。凭借其在溶酶体内的特异性发光，LysoBrite™ 染料在成像过程中能够提供较低的背景信号和较高的图像对比度。本产品适用于增殖和非增殖细胞，适合悬浮细胞及贴壁细胞的溶酶体标记与追踪。

H9 embryonic stem cells were plated in mTeSR™ Plus (Catalog #100-0276) on Corning® Matrigel®-coated 35 mm glass-bottom dishes for 24 hours, then stained with LysoBrite™ Lysosome Dye, Green (green), and counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue).
