HCD56抗体识别CD56 (NCAM)反应,CD56 (NCAM)是免疫球蛋白(Ig)超家族的成员,在其细胞外部分含有5个Ig样结构域和两个3型纤连蛋白结构域。CD56已被鉴定出多个亚型,包括跨膜和gpi锚定亚型。CD56受到几种类型的翻译后修饰,包括在第5个Ig样结构域添加多聚糖酸片段。CD56的~140 kDa亚型被认为是人NK细胞的原型细胞表面标志物。约90%的NK细胞低密度表达CD56,而约10%的NK细胞相对高表达CD56。CD56也在外周血NKT亚群、神经元、肌肉细胞、一些干细胞和体外培养的T细胞克隆中呈可变表达。CD56也在几种类型的肿瘤中表达,包括骨髓瘤、神经母细胞瘤和小细胞肺癌细胞。CD56分别通过嗜同性和嗜异性相互作用介导细胞-细胞和细胞-基质的粘附,并参与激活细胞内信号通路。CD56在胚胎和成体的神经元发育中都起到重要作用。
