使用 STEMdiff™ 血管类器官成熟培养基扩增和培养使用STEMdiff™ 血管类器官试剂盒或自制方案生成的成熟血管类器官，并可选择扩大规模以进行 96 孔板的高通量筛选。与自制类器官培养基配方相比，使用这款易于使用的试剂盒生成的类器官能够形成广泛且生理相关的血管网络，并形成强大的内皮细胞-周细胞相互作用。使用该培养基成熟的血管类器官具有 CD31+/CD34+/CD144+/KDR+ 内皮细胞和PDGFR-β+/CD146+/SMA+/NG-2+ 周细胞。该简化的方案还消除了血清筛选和繁琐的方案优化，因此您可以将更多的时间专注于实验本身。
