Metabolic reprogramming is an essential part of the T cell activation program. Although the metabolism of T cells cultured in vitro (where nutrients are in excess) is well understood, how T cells use nutrients in vivo is less well defined. This webinar highlights insights into the metabolism of physiologically activated CD8+ T cells and a new method to study T cell nutrient utilization in vivo.
