CD43-10G7抗体识别人CD43，CD43是一种表达在大多数人造血细胞表面的I型跨膜唾液糖蛋白，包括胸腺细胞、外周T细胞、NK细胞、单核细胞、粒细胞、一些B细胞（骨髓中活化的B细胞和早期B细胞亚群）、浆细胞和造血祖细胞。在血小板上的表达水平较低。根据细胞类型的不同，CD43在~95 - 135 kDa范围内表现出不同的糖型（glycoforms）。它结合CD54和CD169 （Siglec1）等配体，在细胞粘附和活化、细胞凋亡和肿瘤进展中发挥调节作用，是组织内区分正常与肿瘤T细胞和B细胞的标志物。据报道，CD43- 10G7抗体与中性粒细胞上的CD43结合可诱导同型细胞粘附。
