ArciTect™ crRNA 是一种定制的 CRISPR RNA (crRNA)，是制作用于 CRISPR-Cas9 基因组编辑的guide RNA (gRNA) 模板所需的两种合成 RNA 组分之一。ArciTect™ crRNA 包含一个由用户指定的 19 至 21 个碱基的序列，该序列与目标基因组位点互补，并带有一个与 ArciTect™ tracrRNA（产品号 #76016）互补的连接序列，可快速高效地形成 gRNA 双链结构。ArciTect™ crRNA 的设计应位于原型间隔区邻近基序 (PAM) 位点 (NGG) 位点的正上游。其 5' 和 3' 末端的前两个残基含有 2'-O-甲基和硫代磷酸酯修饰，以提升其稳定性和编辑效率。
