总览
ArciTect™ sgRNA 是一种用于 CRISPR-Cas9 基因组编辑的定制单向导 RNA (sgRNA)。ArciTect™ sgRNA 包含用户指定的与目标基因组位置互补的 19 至 21 个碱基序列。ArciTect™ sgRNA 必须设计在原间隔区相邻基序 (PAM) 位点 (5'-NGG-3') 的上游。为了获得最佳的稳定性和编辑效率，它在 5' 和 3' 末端的前两个残基上含有 2'-O-甲基和硫代磷酸酯修饰。
