粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）属于集落刺激因子（CSF）糖蛋白家族，调节造血细胞的增殖、分化和功能。G-CSF 是参与中性粒细胞生成以及促使造血祖细胞形成粒细胞集落的关键细胞因子（Metcalf & Nicola. J Cell Physiol, 1983）。G-CSF 可引发一系列生物学效应，包括短暂性下调 SDF-1 的表达（Petit et al. Nat Immunol, 2002），激活金属蛋白酶剪切 VCAM-1（Levesque et al. Blood, 2001），以及促使交感神经释放去甲肾上腺素（Katayama et al. Cell, 2006），最终促使造血干细胞从骨髓向外周释放或动员。G-CSF 受体在多种造血细胞上表达，包括髓系定向的祖细胞、中性粒细胞、粒细胞和单核细胞。除造血细胞外，G-CSF 还在心肌细胞、神经元、间皮细胞和内皮细胞中表达。G-CSF 与其受体结合后，可激活 JAK/STAT、MAPK、PI3K 和 AKT 等信号通路。本产品为人源重组 G-CSF（HEK293 细胞表达），其 C 端融合有人 IgG1 的 Fc 标签。

(A) The biological activity of Human Recombinant G-CSF (HEK293-expressed) was tested by its ability to promote the proliferation of NFS-60 cells. The EC50 is defined as the effective concentration of the growth factor at which cell proliferation is at 50% of maximum. The EC50 for this effect is ≤ 800 pg/mL. (B) Human Recombinant G-CSF (HEK293-expressed) was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. Human Recombinant G-CSF has a predicted molecular mass of 45.4 kDa and migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 48 kDa.
