白细胞介素10（IL-10）是II类细胞因子IL-10家族的创始成员。所有IL-10细胞因子家族成员都有一个由α-螺旋折叠组成的四螺旋束。IL-10与其受体结合后，通过JAK1和STAT3激活信号传导。它由树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、CD4+ T细胞以及肥大细胞、NK细胞、中性粒细胞和B细胞在特定刺激条件下产生（Saraiva & O'Garra）。IL-10可以抑制促炎细胞因子的表达并促进愈合过程，对Treg细胞的功能至关重要。IL-10还能促进B细胞增殖、免疫球蛋白分泌和II类MHC表达，而巨噬细胞产生的IL-10能抑制邻近巨噬细胞的活化，从而实现一定程度的自我调节（Ouyang et al.）。本产品不含动物成分。

(A) The biological activity of Human Recombinant IL-10, ACF was tested by its ability to promote the proliferation of MC/9 cells in the presence of human IL-4. Cell proliferation was measured after 48 hours of culture using a fluorometric assay method. The EC50 is defined as the effective concentration of the cytokine at which cell proliferation is at 50% of maximum. The EC50 in the example above is 1.95 ng/mL. (B) 1 μg of Human Recombinant IL-10, ACF was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) and non-reducing (-) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining.
