小鼠白细胞介素5（IL-5）ELISA试剂盒用于定量检测和测定血清、血浆和细胞培养上清液等生物体液中的小鼠IL-5。IL-5由Th2细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和活化的肥大细胞产生。IL-5在嗜酸性粒细胞的募集、激活、增殖和存活中起着重要作用。

该检测基于夹心ELISA方法，将样品加入预先包被有针对细胞因子特异性捕获抗体的ELISA板中。通过添加生物素化的检测抗体，然后加入与生物素化抗体结合的链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶来检测捕获的细胞因子。添加显色酶底物 3,3',5,5' 四甲基联苯胺（TMB）产生显色产物，其强度与样品中细胞因子的浓度成正比。通过与平行分析的细胞因子标准的连续稀释度进行比较来确定细胞因子的浓度。

Representative Standard Curve

• Reportable range: 3.2 - 1000 pg/mL. This is the concentration range in which measurement of the analyte can be done with the highest precision, accuracy, and linearity.
• Sensitivity: The limit of detection of this assay is 2 pg/mL. This is the analyte concentration with absorbance two standard deviations higher than the zero standard.
• Accuracy: No international standard exists for calibration.
• Recovery: A mid-curve recovery of 64 - 73% was determined by spiking defined amounts of analyte standard into serum or plasma samples in repeated experiments.
• Precision: The intra-assay precision of this assay is 4.2% (CV). The inter-assay precision of this assay is 7.8% (CV).
