该qPCR试剂盒可用于对多个hPSC株系进行遗传筛查，包含的试剂量足以对20个独立样本进行三重复检测。该试剂盒采用双猝灭探针，配有5-羧基荧光素（5-FAM）染料，相较于传统的单猝灭探针，具有更优异的性能。试剂盒内含qPCR Master Mix、ROX参比染料、缓冲液，以及用于检测8个最常发生突变区域关键最小区域的引物/探针混合液，同时还包含用于基因组中对照位点的引物/探针混合液。试剂盒还提供一份基因组DNA对照样本，其在所关注区域中已验证具有正常的拷贝数。
