总览

UCHL1抗体识别CD45RO上的细胞外表位，CD45RO是CD45的最短异构体，CD45是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白，是蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶家族（受体class 1/6亚家族）的成员。编码CD45细胞外RA， RB和RC多肽的外显子4,5和6的选择性剪接产生多达8种分子质量为180 - 240 kDa的异构体。切除全部三个外显子产生约180 kDa的CD45RO异构体，该异构体在活化和记忆（但不在naïve） T细胞、一些B细胞亚群、活化的单核细胞和巨噬细胞以及粒细胞上表达。CD45RO 可增强 T 细胞受体和 B 细胞受体介导的活化，是 B 细胞 CD22 的已知配体。UCHL1抗体已被用于识别T细胞淋巴瘤和白血病，通常与抗CD45RA抗体联合使用来识别记忆和naïve T细胞。CD45RO+（记忆）T细胞的比例通常随着年龄的增长而增加。用神经氨酸酶或 O-糖苷酶处理会破坏 UCHL1 表位。
