总览

ICRF44抗体与细胞外表位CD11b（整合素αM）反应，CD11b是一种约170 kDa的1型跨膜糖蛋白，与CD18非共价结合形成异二聚体Mac-1受体。Mac-1通过与ICAM-1 （CD54）、ICAM-2 （CD102）、ICAM-4 （CD242）、iC3b、肝素和纤维蛋白原等配体的相互作用，影响多个过程，包括中性粒细胞和单核细胞粘附于受刺激的内皮细胞，以及吞噬补体包被的颗粒。CD11b表达于粒细胞、单核细胞、NK细胞、树突状细胞、组织巨噬细胞以及T细胞和B细胞亚群的表面，并被用作区分naïve和记忆CD8+ T细胞的标志物。CD11b是一个相对较晚的髓系分化标志物，在大多数髓系造血祖细胞和更初始的细胞中检测不到。CD11b的某些突变会引起系统性红斑狼疮。研究发现，ICRF44抗体可抑制趋化因子fMLP引起的白细胞聚集。该抗体克隆已验证可用于使用EasySep™试剂盒（包括EasySep™人单核细胞富集试剂盒（产品号 #19059））分离的细胞的纯度评估验证，以及标记通过MesenCult™增殖试剂盒（人；产品号 #05411）培养的人间充质细胞。
